Triangle punching for corner notches. In order to be able to make various corner notches the use of a triangle tool is required.
For this reason we have 4 standard-triangle tools in our program to cover the normal angles.
1.) 15° -
traingle
2.) 30 ° - triangle
3.) 45 ° - triangle
4.) 60 ° - triangle
These tools have a standard edge radius of R = 0,5 mm in order to reduce edge loading (Special order, e.g. different edge radius are of course possible on customers request.
